I mean I got one of 2 parts ordered so far but the other drives today

Uts received and had to contact customer service and they were able to help me with my questions/concerns. All good and thank you again!

I ordered a Ciro Latitude lightstrike tail light for my ultra limited. Honestly I couldn't believe it arrived in 2 days. I was really happy about the product arriving so quickly.

The RK chain I received was clearly fitted to a bike (links were very dirty and the OEMs box was clearly retaped) and had about 5 links missing which made it completely unusable. What it looked like to me is that another customer must have tried using it on their bike, but cut too many links off and then returned it back without notifying RevZilla. The chain still has the OEM lube but has a clear outline of a chain breaker tool. I understand counting links or even trying to identify things like a chain breaker stamp/print may be asking for too much, but the chain right of the box was dirty which I would think should raise an eyebrow for further investigation! Surely the return process should have caught this the first time around right?..

Ordered on Sunday and paid for expedited shipping. Revzilla had my boots in the mail on Monday morning. Received my package on Tuesday from across the country. I'm in a rural area so it's rare to get anything on time.

Awesome amount of products with a diverse selection but the exchange policy really hinders the customer experience. Multiple times I have found a product on the site and instead went and bought from Amazon just to bypass this dumb policy. I get it if people were buying exorbitant amounts of gear and continuously swapping them but for the average consumer that buys a single article of gear but got a size to large or to small to then get hit with a shipping charge makes me not want to buy from you again. Will continue to use your site like google and then buy else where.
