You guys have so much stuff out of stock or unavailable - it makes me go to other places instead of getting it through you all. I rated you low because it seems it's gotten worse over the last 2 years instead of better even though the pandemic supply chain issues have eased substantially. This is also why I stopped paying for my RPM membership. If I can't get the things I need in one place, why pay for a loyalty program?

Everything was easy to find. But apparently stock is limited.

Found the quality item I was looking for, and it was shipped in a timely fashion

I was in the market for some riding jeans, and was all set to order the KLIM Fifty 2, as I had bought one before and liked it, but then I saw the video for KLIM Forty 2 and that convinced me to go with that model. I'm glad I did! The Forty 2 is lighter and fits me better, and still has good abrasion and impact resistance. KLIM, if you are listening, please make them in Black too.

Pair of riding jeans I ordered had one defective knee pad. I contacted customer service and they sent out new and upgraded pads asap! Couldn't be happier with the way that was handled!

What a waste.I paid an extra 40 bucks for next day on a thursday and received it the following wednesday. Terrible warehousing and marketplace tactic.

Simply put items rarely out of stock and shipping is always on time..

Its just antifreeze, not much to review accept the packaging, that's why i gave it 4 stars.
The box was not rigid enough and 4 quarts of antifreeze just about feel out of box by the time it was delivered.

Trustworthy and recommended store. I would be a frequent customer if it weren't for the customs duty to Poland

They sent the wrong tire. And the shop put my bike up and then realized it. So I had to wait around half the day and then while I was getting lunch, just drop it and come back, call revzilla and figure out what happened, get them to send a new one. Then I had to pay the shop even though they couldn't change it. And then I had to put the old tire around my neck and ride a couple miles to drop it off at the nearest FedEx. A really bad experience!

I bought because they say you can return it once for green if wrong size. My item was too big, customer service said I could return it and would have to buy another size. So they have had my original pair of Klim pants for 5 days and I've not been credited for my return or hear from them. I'm reluctant to order the new correct size until I get my refund $526. I should have used Amazon.
