No purpose in ordering from RevZilla when buying from European suppliers (WAY cheaper) get here quicker? Two friends ordered different things from italian suppliers and they got here in 5 days. Mine took 7 from revzilla. More expensive even buying refurbished and took longer? Item was perfect though.
I'm a mama and his dada rides a bike to work so peace of mind knowing he has as much protection on as possible! In a stylish and breathable way that he will wear it every ride without being asked to do so! 10/10 recommend! The only problem is it was too big so we downsized however there is no exchange process in place and there are hundreds of ways that it could be possible to easily exchange. The only option was to return at my expense and re purchase different size and wait for refund to post to bank account about 2 wks. No return label provides so you have to print that too and box it up in new box it's a lot of hassle for the price and product to be of such high value and the return process to be so dated and inefficient.

Rob bank, buy slave cylinder, put on bike, works awesome so far,NICECNC slave cylinder lasted 20 hours, hopefully yours last 200 hours like the KTM stock one I replaced.

Usually customer service is top notch, not this time, they could track package but could never explain the delay, it sat at the postal facility 40 miles from my house for 4 days, then customer could only tell me that they would start a inquiry after another 5 days! What a joke, I'll try another vendor next order, obviously RevZilla has more business than they need!

Garmin XT2 received had been previously sold and returned. Several parts were missing making installation before a trip impossible. Revzilla customer service empathetic but unable to fix the situation due to timing and stock out of missing parts.
