My item was supposed to ship next business day but took 5. Said it was because a PO BOX was selected, but I've used a PO BOX every time i order and it never happened before, so why now.

Saw the review for the helmet I wanted on Rev's YouTube page. Checked the site for the helmet. Measured my head and checked the fit guide. Ordered the size accordingly. Did affirm and it was hassle free payment plans. Standard free shipping. Product came 3 days earlier then estimated delivery date form fedex. Package came well packed. Tried on the helmet and it fit.

As usual, RevZilla was quick and efficient! My order arrived on time.

I ordered brake pads for my bike through the look up. The first order i placed the website said was compatible with my bike. They were not even close. I went to a number of websites to see if i could find a part number for what was compatible. The correct item was listed as incompatible on the website and with two different photos. The schematic line drawing was correct, the photo was wrong. The part was compatible. The website needs to be double checked on the compatibilities of parts, its currently unreliable.

Footpegs arrived quickly and very well packaged. Very pleased with the entire shopping experience with Revzilla.

It was back in stock earlier than expected, and I was notified and able to purchase right away. Shipping was fast, and the helmet fit perfectly with what the sizing chart recommended. It was my first time buying a helmet online, so I was nervous about fitment issues, but I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Ordered brakes pads on a Thursday. Received them 8 days later. Never again. I could have made the brake pads quicker.

Just a point and click and my part was on the way. Got here in a couple days and looks great.
