Great customer service. Us postal service lost one of my packages.graves high precision cct.notified revzilla and they sent a replacement by 2 day air. So much help! Everything else ive ordered is packaged very well and doesnt take awful long to arrive. Revzilla is great!

Shopping and checkout are a breeze. Finding items in stock, however, is another can of worms entirely.
I had ordered a Biltwell helmet from RevZilla. The ordering and delivery process were fine, however the helmet internal padding was entirely too thick. I ordered replacement internals from RevZilla (again, order and delivery were easy). The helmet now actually fits without causing headaches and completely muffler my internal speakers.

I ordered a pair of gloves that were supposed to ship within 1 day according the to product page and a helmet that shipped with 5-7 business days. The helmet shipped and arrive just as expected but the gloves took a week and a half to ship, arriving 3 days after the helmet, which caused me to miss the planned window for me to take my MSF course. I now have to wait another month and have further pushed out my ability to enjoy the riding season. I'm disappointed and will likely look elsewhere first in the future.

Yay! Shopping for pants while not wearing pants. I love the future. Product shipped fast at a reasonable price. Seems like good quality. Fits well. Bought the iron worker pants and some CE2 hip protection.
