Other than FedEx delivering my package two streets away, Revilla was great. FedEx doesn't even care my package was lost. All they can say is contact the seller. It wasn't the seller's fault my package was lost. I had to go find it. Thankfully FedEx took a photo of where they delivered it.

I was having trouble finding a non damaged helmet. The first one did not fit right but also had snap closure and sun visor problems. The second one fit ok but was used. The inside was dirty and the Styrofoam liner was nicked and scratched up. Which brings me to RevZilla. I called them first and had all my questions answered. I ordered the helmet I wanted and received it quickly. It was brand new and in perfect condition. I will definitely order from RevZilla again.

I ordered 3 items. Over $700 in total. 2 were delivered to my door, but one was not. It was left via FedEx on the ground of the mailroom at my apartment complex. Someone immediately stole it and now I'm out almost $300 for a helmet someone stole (and resold on Marketplace) and neither you guys nor FedEx will replace/reimburse me. Love the other items I got! But please have an option to pick a carrier if possible. I do not feel comfortable ordering again from you guys if FedEx will be the only carrier to "deliver" to me. I will not risk losing more money due to stolen items.
I bought an older Schuberth helmet from Champion couple of years ago (they are in the Netherlands). They were the first to have the C5 non-carbon in the world. End of the day, the comm system didn't work and I had to send it back. Champion would not replace it and then it got lost in the international mail! I lost 1800 bucks….they could have cared less! Never buy from champion if you live outside of the Netherlands!
I always buy from RevZilla domestically. My only frustration is that revzilla is regularly out of everything popular and the most popular sizes. It seems to take for ever to restock inventory. Bottom line is my go to going forward for everything is RevZilla……When it is in stock, customer service and shipping is outstanding.

I had the issue that I charged twice for tax because you send my order into shipment so please next time I'd like to pack my order in one shipment everything else it was fine.
Not a lot of stock on very popular items. The return policy isn't bad (although it was expensive as hell to ship back), and the quality is pretty good. Shipping took way longer than it said, though, which was unfortunate.
