Weird helmet fit. Face shield and sun visor optical quality is worst I've ever seen in a helmet.

I bought two similar items and found one doesn't work with my motorcycle. They shipped fast and the package is nice. The return process is also simple as long as the parts are not installed.

CSR was informative and provided answers to my questions promptly.

The customer support is fantastic. Returns are super easy. I'm a new rider so trying to figure out sizing can be tricky and they were awesome.

I don't have enough operational knowledge as to why product takes 5 business days to ship out even though the warehouse was in same state and only 2 hours south of my town. Otherwise gloves was nice.

Prices are 99%always cheaper. For the set of bearings I bought on RevZilla, it was $30 more at the stealership. Love how quickly items are received too, as usual.

I ordered several items from Revzilla. I was very pleased with the whole process. Everything arrived on time with no issues.

I was looking for a specific chest protector that was out of stock for long periods of time. I signed up for the email notification and when the product came into stock, I received the email immediately and was able to order the last one.

I purposefully drove from Chesapeake Va., to the RevZilla store in Pennsylvania as I wanted to observe with my own eyes that RevZilla Stores are equipped as shown on all of the ReviZilla U-Tube presentations.

I was impressed with the quantity of "Stuff" available within the store. I spent over 3 hours shopping at the store. I had the pleasure of working with "Lee" during that time and she was very experienced and knowledgeable. If she wasn't certain about a product she would consult with another employee to make certain that I was correctly informed.

I highly recommend, whenever possible, for customers to go to the store rather than just ordering on-line.

The only concern I had was not being able to place an order for an item that was shown as NOT available on the computer if it were not in the store. I had 4 items that were ordered via the internet and one was the Aria XD- 5 helmet. I wanted to look at the other colors available but was not able to see them in person. I ordered based upon seeing, in the store, the Aria XD- 4. I ordered the Black Frost Helmet but was really considering the multicolor helmet. It was shown on the internet as Not Available and therefore I could not order that color.

It looks like I would have been able to be placed on a list for the specific color but would have had to wait a bit longer to be told I could now order that helmet. I recommend that you change that process so that a customer can get the color that he/she wants.
