Claims some parts will be shipped within 24 hours it even says when ordering but it most definitely does not happen which has made me wish I went elsewhere 2 times before and probably won't order through them again over it

Order it and got to me within 4 business days since I live Hawaii that's fast

I asked your geek for advice and he offered me several options that would be best for me and my driving style. Through messages, he determined the exact size i needed and i have never tried more comfortably. There were a few problems with the shipping, but that problem can be ignored since everything else is perfect.

I paid $600 for a shoei helmet that came with a bent pin lock lens I sent in the pictures and it still won't give me a new lock lens. I think it's bull$#*!. $600 and can't get anything right

Really great everything worked out after I made a shipping address error.

Great product with the hogties 6.5" speakers and pretty much a one and a half beard install like they talk about. Called the support line when installing as my speaker cabinet wouldn't come out and he was no help didn't know what I was talking about of where and it was a disaster on the phone. Got it figured out anyway though.

I would appreciate additional filters on gear that specifies A, AA, AAA rating for the garment (not the pieces/sections) so I can make an informed decision before purchasing. Helmets are well labeled and filters applied for ECE ect. RevZilla has put out some very informative articles and videos on how to assess ratings of gear. Would like to see that detail and specificity available when it comes to buying the gear.

Everything was great except for the shipping. I live about an hour and a half from refills but took over a week to get my package. If I would have known that I would have just driven down there.
