Love the way this helmet feels purchase was a hassle free experience great customer service will def buy from again

Easy to order online, shipping is fast and the points are a bonus.

I am not one to usually leave a review but due to how this experience has gone I thought that I needed to. I had ordered two items off of Revzilla and they both came in good time. The one jacket fit great but the motorcycle pants were unfortunately too small. I started the online return process, but that's when things went down hill. I received my authorization document and read the steps for returns. I understand that the buyer is responsible for choosing the shipping company and brokerage fees, but here in Canada and not living in a big city centre I was limited to what shipping companies I could use. My package had come with FedEx so I decided to use them. I packaged up the item, printed the necessary documents, and drove to my closest city to drop it off at a FedEx site. When I got there the shipping company was unable to process it as they needed a tracking number and shipping label. They said that since it was a return the business should have sent one. When I showed them what I was given the worker stated that I needed to create my own shipped label then. I tried contacting customer services with Revzilla for help. However, all I was told was that Revzilla are not able to provide shipping labels for buyers outside of the US, and I was provided a shipping company to use that unfortunately doesn't exist near me. After this didn't work I went online to create my own label and was horrified to see that the amount to have the item shipped back was the same as my refund amount. I decided to keep the pants and try to sell them online to get some money back. Overall, was very poor experience with returns and I feel that Revzilla is not accommodating for Canadian buyers. I will most likely not be buying from Revzilla again.

Great site with what I need. Tires work super well and feel way better than my stock tires.

Placed order early Wednesday 7/31/24 AM, delivery was attempted on 8/02/24, but our office is closed on Friday. Delivery received on 8/05/2024.

The back sprocket was the wrong part but the front sprocket works perfectly

I was looking for multiple things and Revzilla was the only place I found all of them in-stock. Shipping was faster than promised.

The helmet is definitely nice. Not sure why it took me this long to switch to a modular helmet.

Really easy to find what i wanted although medium gloves fit nice the strap on my wrist rubs on it a little making it slightly uncomfortable other than that great job and shipping wasn't to long

My new seat showed up the next day and it is perfect in every way.

The odd things is that the order was split up in 3 separate packages. Not satisfied with them using fedex since fedex does not leave them at the door or at our locker

Purchased these for my 2023 Low Rider ST to help reduce vibration being felt after installed a 6.5 riser. I had also purchased these for me 2022 Electra Glide for same reason. They work great and stop the whole hand getting number issue. I bought Black / 1.375" Diameter grips look and feel great.

I was looking for a new petcock for a 20 year old Suzuki. Revilla had the parts diagram and the part I needed. I received it in less than a week from when I ordered it.

Super good quality. Saw one review and said im sold. Took 15 minutes max to take the stock muffler off and put this one on. Not too much louder than the stock but for sure has a deeper tone to it. AND does little pops when upshifting. Probably one of the best exhausts to put on an R3!

Ordered my jacket at ~8am on a Thursday and had it delivered by 3 pm the next day. Jacket quality is great, and having it that much sooner made it all the better.
