Bought a product(windscreen), literally and I mean actually the word literally, 8 hours later I decided to go with a different product. Couldn't cancel online. Had to talk with Cs rep. They wouldn't cancel. Could only return product after it had shipped. They hadn't even shipped the order from the warehouse yet and the rep told me so! But still refused to cancel. Pitiful. I'll sell the product locally and buy what I wanted from someone else. (Amazon) Lesson learned. No longer a customer.

Was going on a trip, wanted a new hat. Ordered from Revilla last minute and the hat made it on time and was the correct product. The only problem was there was a red mark on the hat. I'm pretty sure they would of done an exchange but I had no time, so I wore it, to Memphis Tennessee in August. So now I own the hat.

I ordered the black Bull-it Easy Jeans in 34 x 32 which is my regular jean size at 5'9" and 185 lbs. They came pretty quick, were packaged well, and were true to fit. Not tight on the bike and not baggy to walk around in. The armor is not too bulky and fits the right places on my hip and knees for the most part. Similar to another reviewer, my right knee pad was shifted more medially (toward the inner part of my right knee). I turned it inside out and shifted it, but it tends to migrate back over time. I am going to apply some two sided Velcro in the sleeve and see if that keeps it from shifting. Not a deal breaker, just slightly annoying for the price point. I feel protected when I wear them and I walked around and road in them for several hours during a ride on Saturday with no issues. I expect them to last quite some time.

Not sure when return policy changed, but it seems strange that an online store would charge for shipping returns. I can't try anything on, so how do I know how well a product fits? I had a pair of Alpinestar carbon gloves in medium, wore them out, bought the V2 in medium, while double checking the size chart. My hand is 8.25 inches...medium. The new gloves didn't fit. I ordered the large and it fits perfectly. And I had to pay to return the mediums. Not fair to the customer.
