I love the helmet shape selector. Makes it easier to shop well once you know what the shape of your head is.

I've been dealing with RevZilla for about 11 years now and I've always had pleasant experiences shopping here. It's rare that I have to contact a Gear Geek but when I do, I've always been assisted with anything I needed.

I needed 2 new sets of rain boot covers for my girlfriend and myself before our 10 day motorcycle trip to Nova Scotia. As a previous customer of RevZilla I went directly to their website. I found the brand I wanted and ordered them. It stated they were in stock and ships within 24hrs. Great I will have them in plenty of time before my trip. As I watched my emails, another item I ordered with the rain boot covers shipped the same day but the covers didn't. On Friday 3 days later they still didn't ship so I called RevZilla. They told me they tried contacting the vendor and didn't get a response but will keep trying. I informed her that I was leaving on a 10 day trip and needed them before Wednesday. She also said she will call me later Friday with an update, which I never received. On Saturday morning I received an email that they finally shipped, (4 days after I ordered them) with a delivery date the day after I leave for my trip. So I watched the tracking number hoping they would arrive early. On Monday I contacted RevZilla again and spoke to a different representative and explained the situation and asked why these were not shipped overnight when they knew I needed them before my trip on Wednesday. All he did was offered me a free return label if I didn't receive them in time.
Well the rain boot covers finally arrived the day after we left for the trip. I am so disappointed in RevZilla for false advertising. Do not state in stock and ships within 24 hrs when you can not guarantee that.

It was a easy checkout, and Kept me informed on shipping, and will use again.

I am happy with my experience. Except that i was under the impression i wiuld be able to use a ten percent discount on my first order. But then it said, only on qualifying orders. But im still happy because the price is still very good.

Just a misunderstanding, on my part.

I really appreciate the way all the employees came together to get me my best fit for a helmet.
