Everything arrived insanely fast and there were no issues with leaking/ damage to the fluid containers!

I got what I needed eventually I ordered 4 bolts and they were sent in two different deliveries two and two. It heals me up but they worked out in the end so no complaints I would order from them again.

Always have what I need. The price is fair and delivery is fast.

Had a return due to improper fit. Return was breeze. Was able to re-order different item seamlessly.

Easy to navigate thru the process and arrived quicker than expected. The FLO levers are top quality and I really like how they adjust and will break away without breaking! Really good quality product.

Had to go to Amazon for the sprockets, but got the chain from Revzilla. Didn't have any gold/nickel plated O-ring DID which sucks because I live near the ocean, and the only 520 16T sprocket was $38 so I went to Amazon for that.

Chose Helmet size listed as 59-60cm as i am a 73/8" head.
It was too tight. Way too tight to put up with.

Pretty disappointed, but…called for customer service and was helped greatly by Samantha.

I do like RevZilla however I was very disappointed with my recent order. The product I ordered was a molded/formed product. The person packaging the product stuffed the shipping box so full they crushed the molded product ruining its shape and ability for the product to stay/go back to its original molded form/shape. There was no reason to damage the product. The person shipping the product obviously just had no concern.

Shipping was way slower than expected. Took eleven days! Shipped via UPS but then handed off to USPS for final delivery. Shipping status by both UPS & USPS was never accurately reported. Was delivered this afternoon, but status on both UPS website and RevZilla website, 5 hours later, say delivery by tomorrow evening. There was never an "Out For Delivery" status reported. When you live in a neighborhood with lots of porch pirates, its important to have accurate tracking of shipped items!

I was conflicted on buying this seat after reading a few reviews. I ended up ordering it and putting the seat on right away. At first you will not be comfortable, set right on it. Once you ride q few hundred miles like I did the first day and get it wet after washing my bike after. The seat is way more comfortable and well broke in. Sure made the bike look different and ride better.

Easy to shop with account and password. Items are usually in stock and shipping is fairly quick

Big time Revzilla customer but was never compelled to post a review until now. These saddlebags fit beautifully on my Triumph Thruxton FE. Low profile, non-intrusive, roomy, easy, and not fugly.
