Easy to comparison shop. I knew what I wanted in a new pair of ADV boots, but needed help and advice on fitment.

I ordered a Nolan 120.1.
I usually wear a size LG. I heard that Nolan runs small so I ordered an XL. I tried it on and it was too small. RevZilla tool it back no questions asked. All they requested is that it be returned in new condition.

Feedback and assistance after I had incorrectly ordered the wrong size was excellent, recommendations and product knowledge from Kat was also great.

Item descriptions are always on point, items are always well packaged and arrive in great shape, and this was my first time using price match and it could not have been easier because the employees did all the heavy lifting. Bought on a Sunday and had the price match refund Monday. One day turn around? Customer for life right here.

I contracted express delivery in 2 days, but the order was delayed by 3 days, which affected my planned trip

Tested out a new pair of 'waterproof' riding boots in a misty gentle rain, and ended up with a pool of water in both boots. Both securely fastened. Wanted to return as 'not at advertised' and couldn't because I wore them out riding once, but they shouldn't be sold to someone else anyway and the company should eat the cost since you sold me boots that don't operate as they are described. I would then buy another a different pair of boots from you, not replacing the ones I got for the same. But, wasn't able to do so with the return policy after talking to a rep, got pissed since I was sold a $300 pair of boots that weren't waterproof as I wanted, and vowed to start shopping at Cycle Gear.

Good easy fast not much more to say but the surveys are not helping you right now

Revzilla has just about everything I need for motorcycle gear. Prices are competitive and if I find something elsewhere for cheaper, they will try hard to price match it. Things ship quickly and the zilla bucks make my next purchase that much cheaper. Overall they're the first place I go for new gear.

Had difficulties signing up for military rates. I didn't have any other problems.

The website did not accept discount code. I had to call Revzilla to resolve.
