Good info to make informed choice on gear. After much deliberation, I ordered the most expensive pair of boots in their class, to have them in time for a trip I'm taking in a month. Wrong size was delivered. The right size was plainly stated in the shipping label/packing slip, but the wrong size was sent. Now I have to wait for a refund, and then order something else.

Good website and very easy to navigate! More so, 2 days ago I called after hours and talked to a very knowledgeable associate and based on his input ordered two brand new helmets for my wife and myself. In summary I have never been disappointed with Revzilla over the past 14 years.

The helmet shield I received is better than the one that I had on the helmet to begin with. I'm very satisfied!

I received the products perfectly well, however, the sizing was slightly off so I'm going to have to return them and probably receive new ones in different sizes.

There was a problem with shipping, I notified customer support and it was resolved ASAP, Fantastic, just doesn't happen anymore to get a response and I was surprised that your company got back to me on Saturday and I received my purchase on Tuesday only due to Sunday and Monday being a holiday, Great Business

Ordered Nelson Riggs saddlebag. Wanted something more affordable for bike that'll see some rough service. Pleasantly surprised at the quality! Very rugged and I've no doubt I'll get years of service out of them. Delivered in a few days.

Too much padding around the face. Fits like a small. Buy one size up.

Really great jacket. Fits perfect.

However, it arrived with three very distinct slashes on the upper back. Definitely wanted this particular jacket. Was the last one in my husband's size. Now I see why. Did not try to return since there were no more in his size. We will spend the extra to order a repair kit from another vendor, fix it and keep it.
