Went online to research several tire options available for my Soft Tail. Watched some videos on RevZilla to narrow down the selection. Online experience was simple, searched the tire I wanted, size, etc. Purchased the tire and it was delivered quickly.
This is website is pretty mucg organized and well sorted. But it lacks variety in terms of crash bars and sliders for KTM. Other than that, it's pretty good website considering the accessories like helmets, gloves and jackets.

My order was shipped and received quickly but I is kind of frustrating to order a product that says bar end sliders and only get on piece not two. Turns out the part where it says sold each was in the read more section.
It used to be they would ship everything within 2 days at maximum and respond to emails within a day. Now it seems after 5 days I have to email asking why it hasn't shipped, I'll get a tracking number sent and 3 days later they'll respond to the email.
