Shipping was prompt and the price was reasonable (I purchased an Icon Airflite helmet). I had a slight issue with the fitment, but when reached out to customer service, they were fast and helpful. This and other orders I have placed with RevZilla has given me confidence to make this my preferred vendor for my bike gear.

It was a very easy experience. UPS lost my package for a little bit and when I talked to customer service they told me that if there was no movement in 2 days they would send me a new one with expedited shipping.

Tried to use promo code, customer service not available until much later. Sent email and was contacted in a timely manner and credited for the the promo code.

Got item quick. Helmet description does not clearly state item comes with clear shield/visor rather than visors presented in helpmate add photos.

The fastener came broken, tried to change it at Cycle gear but they would not since it needed to go through Biltwell's warranty. Could not return it since I was flying to Argentina, where Im from

Great product - easy to install and it provides much better wind protection over the stock windscreen.

I wanted a helmet that is hard to get ahold of so I put my email down on the list and even months later, Revzilla let me know it was in stock so I was able to grab it up. Their cash back program is great because I was able to use it on a Pinloc visor and it was basically free except for taxes and shipping. Revzilla is my go to for most motorcycle related products
