This is a terrible company. Whatever you do, DO NOT order from Revzilla online. I ordered a windshield for my motorcycle two weeks ago and there is still no tracking information or idea on where the package is at. I've had to email customer service three times just to get a response. They STILL will not give me a refund and instead asked me if I need the windshield for a trip coming up. It doesn't matter. I ordered it because I need it. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back. The shipping logistics from this company is terrible.
Great experience overall. The only thing that made me question my order was when the email confirmation was sent out, it did not reflect the part that was ordered. RevZilla did assist right away and confirmed that I would receive the right part. Overall, no issues, just a few minutes clarifying with the Customer Service Rep., which was a great experience, she was very helpful in resolving the issue.
