I believe I'm a good customer having bought a couple of Aria helmets, jackets, and other assorted gear from Revzilla, and to be charged for return shipping has left me a bit soured. The boots I ordered, supposedly true to size, didn't fit. Actually too big and returned them.

Ordered a heated Road Sofa and joined their member program, a couple days later I had it installed. With that one order, I saved more than the price of membership in cash rewards. The matching backrest pad resulted in almost 1/2 price.

Bought Rinehart end caps, they were packaged well and arrived very fast.

Revzilla has a solid website, good information, and fair pricing. Wish they had more gear reviews and their loyalty points program, not my cup of tea so that doesnt add value for me. Lots of e-mail updates on my order which I appreciate but my order took so long I joked with my family that a covered wagon might be pulling up to deliver a package for me, it took that long. I realize they need to hold shipping costs down but it was a bit ridiculous, at least it wasnt riding season in Minnesota when I placed my order.

Bought an Icon helmet, went off size chart provided in the item description, helmet was way to tight. Hurt my head. Got customer support on the phone. They made me think it would take weeks to get my money back and they didn't offer to try and send me another helmet, but larger. Only thing they did was waive the return fee and send me a return label. Yea, not buying from you guys again.

I have been looking for a better air filter for my Road King Special and the Arlen Ness filter fits perfectly! No modifications necessary, easy install. Has a black look and is a little bigger than factory. Definitely recommend if you don't feel like wasting your money on a bulky air intake system.
