Ordering was very easy and convenient. I was always updated on my package's location. Received my order on time and was packaged well.

Took over 2 weeks to get a part that was setting in country, but shipped in three days.

I received all of my orders by the estimated dates and everything was new and fit properly as advertised.

Always good with shipping and even included cool stickers!

Ordered the product and then waited 4-5 days before it was shipped. Was not shipped in 24 hours as the site says. Finally called and prompted shipping. Fed ex then had weather related shipping delay. They rescheduled arrival date and it did not arrive. No new expected arrival date but it arrived. I don't think fed ex knows.
Good news - the Puig r1300gs headlight protector is excellent. Yes superior to BMWs own version.

Very happy with my purchase of my new helmet. Fit is a little snug but should break in quickly. Was quick to arrive and I was informed all the way from its departure to delivery.

If you can't find it on the site you don't need it. RevZilla hands down has the best customer service. Give them a search and you'll find out that they are the spot for gear.

I ordered a Homelink for my 2018 Goldwing Tour. I decided that while to order it because I had a lot of plastic off in order to install Pathfinder fog lights. I paid for 2 day shipping to get the Homelink buttons installed when I installed the Pathfinder button. When my FedEx shipment arrived, it was later than expected and contained the wrong part, a bolt of some kind for a 2008 ST1300. It was after Revzilla closing hours. Called them the next day and they issued a return authorization and sent the Homelink. I did have to go find a FedEx location for the return. Then I had to wait another two days for the Homelink to come. Once it came, I installed it and it hooked up with my 18 year old Chamerlain garage door opener within minutes. In short, great customer service but the initial quality control was lacking. This was not my first experience with Revzilla and it probably won't be my last.

The order didn't take long at all. Definitely recommend/ coming back

Great price and nice retro looks/colors with the bell bullit helmet. Fits good... looking forward to wearing it. Only complaint is how long it took the delivery service (fedex) to finally get the helmet to me.

The dark smoke really isn't that dark, so I went with the mirrored chrome visor and absolutely love it
