While it wasn't technically an exchange, when I received my pants, they were too small. I filled out the form to return them, printed out the return label, and ordered the new pair, which arrived 2 days ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Very happy overall. My card has already been credited with the return.

Had a slight issue with my order tracking. Said both items were delivered but only one arrived. Talked to Jena and she was able to send me the other tracking number. Flawless service. Will always use revzilla when I can.

Tires left warehousewent IN, then to OH, then to TN, then to FA, then to WV, then back to OH. Bought the tires on Tuesday morning 18 march, was promised delivery on Friday, which changed to Saturday, then to Monday, tires finally arrived on Tuesday afternoon 25th of mar. Due to a non readable tag.

I ordered tires from a different store only to find out one of them was on backorder with no expected time they would get more in stock so i checked out RevZilla and they had them in stock and for a dollar cheaper. Cancelled order with other store and RevZilla got them to me a couple days later. Might be my new go to store.

I purchased grips for my motorcycle using the Revzilla website. It confirmed that they would fit my motorcycle. They did not. Even though I was misled, I had to pay to return them. Ridiculous

It would've been nice to know that If upgrading my chain and sprocket it would throw a check engine light and mess up my motorcycle

2022 Harley streetglide. If you have one you know how junky the factory upper clutch cable is with its plastic pieces at the adjustment section. Fat baggers makes an all metal replacement in standard and extended lengths. They work great and should keep you from getting stuck on the side of the road at some point. I have 14 inch bars and ordered the +4 length. It fit perfect and the adjustment is up by the clutch lever on these. Great product but a bit pricy. Super fast shipping from Revzilla.

I ordered the USWE 4L Nordic pack. I have been using hydration packs for almost 30 years and have had over a dozen different models. This USWE pack is by far the worst design I have ever experienced. It is enormously difficult to get the full hydration bladder into the pack. Threading the hose through the insulated sleeve is also ridiculously difficult, resulting in depressing the bite value during the process and bleeding water into the sleeve. Also, in order to get enough hose through the sleeve to get the bite valve to my mouth, I had to pull enough hose through the sleeve that it no longer fits in the insulated sleeve, negating the purpose of the insulated sleeve. Stuffing the hose back into the sleeve and zipping it back up is also practically impossible while wearing gloves and holding ski poles. So, getting a drink involves stopping and fumbling with the hose for several minutes. I have contacted USWE customer service for help but their suggestions were not helpful. The return policy for Revzilla is completely useless in this situation as I had to actually try to use the pack in order to discover its many deficiencies. I am pursuing a return through USWE customer service under their 30-day satisfaction policy but, as I did not purchase the pack from them, they have been unresponsive ever since I requested a return. All in all, it appears this will be a waste of a hard-earned $130. Very dissapointed all around.

I foud the perfect shoes in this page. I had opportunity to compare different options and finally I could understand differences between two options with a little difference in price. One of the shoes had GTX and the other was exactly the same but without it. Reading the description I took my final decision and I'm happy with what I choose.

Burly shocks came as ordered, fast delivery. This is my second pair, first pair went on my HD. Easy install on my Rebel 1100, same with the crash bars and foot rest. And the windshield. Best part is to put in your bike type and brings up all the parts that fit.
