Purchased gloves that were slightly to small. The return item cost is crazy even if you are trading for a larger size. Return cost is nearly a third of the item cost. I'll donate it, so count me out.

It's a 50/50 when it comes to customer service regarding the chat. Sometimes it's super cool people like the extra cool guys. And some other it's the most angry person in the world LOL. NO middle ground.

Puig foot pegs and adaptors are high quality. However, it took 3+ months (early January 2025 until late March 2025) before I received notification the long-back ordered footpeg adaptors were "back" in stock. WTF? This 33% of the total period of human gestation. What's the story with (this) vendor - Puig - and their manufacturing and delivery fulfillment processes when it comes to supplying their US-based vendor (Revzilla)? I find this totally unacceptable, especially since I have no other U.S.-based option to obtain these types of parts for my Triumph. However, once I received e-mail notification from Revzilla the foot pegs adaptors were back in stock, I immediately placed my order. I received a 5% discount (👍) from Revzilla and the foot pegs and adaptors arrived in less than one week. Props to Revzilla. As for Puig …. The less said about them the better off we all are.

I ordered alpinestars j-6 wp shoes almost 3 weeks ago. They showed in stock, I received an email and few days later saying they were not actually in stock and they would issue a refund. It is almost 3 weeks later and I have not received my refund.

First, there were some technical glitches with receiving the correct waist and inseam sizes ( it was correct on the paperwork, and inverted on the actual pants). Customer service was very helpful in promptly making things right.
Overall, I'd be pleased to do business with this company again in the future and would recommend it.
