Needed a backpack that wasn't to bulky or too small. Lots of space been using for about a week or so. No issues. Stays pretty snug even at highway speeds. Easy to take off.

The size around the hand fit small so I ordered an extra large. It fits exactly how I like, a little tight but not restricting. The problem lies in the fingers and knuckles, being the gloves fit a size small I had to order a size up making the fingers too long and the carbon fiber knuckle guards sit above my knuckles making it somewhat uncomfortable to wear and wear properly.

My hubby has worn same size over 2 years... thats the size we ordered he said it was at least 2 sizes too small... then we wanted to exchange it ( which we were told we could do one time for free) and they said no you need to buy a refund label at $9.99 and return it for a refund... then you can order a new one. So after i finally got you to agree with the free label, you did not even carry a shirt 2 sizes bigger.

Ordered 2 speaker covers and a L passenger arm cushion for a Honda Goldwing 1st Generation. After about 3 + days I was informed that the cushion was not available, which is what the Honda dealer had told me. Bummer I thought I had found one.
Other than that I have alway had great results with Revzilla.

The windscreen ordered did not fit or line up with the oem install possibly wrong windscreen or something but unfortunate since I was looking forward to a new windscreen

Had a couple of quick questions in order make a decision on which products to purchase and they were answered quickly and concisely to provide me the information I needed to make my choice, the reps were able to facilitate my order. If there was one issue or problem, it would be from the manufacturer of the products I purchased due to the inconsistencies in their sizing and fitment which led to me ending up with a jacket that was one size to big, but that issue was handled in short order by the reps. They were able to get the right sized jacket on the way and set up the RMA's for the jacket and back protector that needed to be returned for the exchange.

Product arrived little damaged and customer service got me a replacement instantly! Top notch service
