I reached out with a question to a Gear Geek and was met with a very friendly greeting and the Geek went above and beyond to help and answer my questions!

Ordered a motorcycle helmet for a riding event. No local cycle shops had a helmet with Bluetooth. Found one on revzilla, ordered on Tuesday April 1st, early in the day. Paid the extra for overnight shipping. The helmet showed up on Friday near the end of the day. Revzilla didn't even ship it until halfway through Wednesday according to their email. That's not overnight. If you don't do what you say you will do, give me the extra money back. That's standard business practice. Even simple restaurants will cover your bill when they screw up your order. Stand behind what you say and advertise. If you're not decent enough to do that, at least offer the refund for what you didn't provide after I paid for it.

Ordered the Puig touring windscreen. Product is very nice. Fast shipping. Packaged well to avoid damage.

So I paid for the preferred rider program and did not see quicker shipping and the rewards were the same as the zilla cash. So I really don't see the value of it and what the membership is actually for. Thank you

It was coming from stock yet y'all shipped it in two shipments. The second shipment was never shipped until I called to question it.

For this visit (I am a returning a dedicated customer), I was just after grease and new front brake pads. I wanted a high quality grease for the axles (which I have tested and find to be smooooooooth down the road), and an upgrade from the organic stock pads that came with my bike but not something as catchy as race pads. I found what I wanted in a timely manner, paid a good price for it, and everything worked.

I received the gloves I ordered and there is a security tag on them. I don't have the tool to remove it. I have to figure out a way to remove it with what I have in the garage without damaging my product.

I ordered a helmet I thought would fit because I had an older similar version, but it ended up being too narrow. I was able to request a return label and take it to a local fedex shipping center all in an afternoon. After a few days of shipping the return was processed quickly and I got a refund. My only complaint is that bell makes the star too narrow for me now. Would do business with Revzilla again (already have).

Ordered a new battery for my Harley, put it on a charger to ensure it was fully charged and it wont crank over. I have bought batteries from Revzilla before and they were fine so this is not a Revzilla issue, but a manufacturer issue.
