Ordered a tire expecting it to take a few days to get to me. Got to me within a day. Absolutely loved the efficiency of it

Shopping was easy, delivery was prompt and tracking was well communicated.

Product was recommended by numerous users, product brand and different models were available. I do wish there was more reviews but was able to find other reviews through different social media platforms.

Products arrived sooner than expected, the products were also size as they were on the size charts

Appreciate the great selection, but the "Shop my ride" feature is worthless. So many of its recommendations were just commpletely incompatible with my bike. Ordered two tires, they came from different warehouses. One came in two days. I had to call support (# was easy to find, and I spoke to Americans who's first language is English), only to find out the 2nd tire hadn't even shipped. Got it 5 days later. Emails re the status of the order were also confusing, some saying the entire order was delivered, even when the 2nd tire had not been shipped.

I found exactly what I needed without any hassle. The item fitted perfectly, and delivery was fast.Great experience overall.

Always get what you order in a timely fashion. They keep you posted of delivery.

The service is great but the last two sets of tires that I ordered the first set front tire was two years old and the back tire was year and a half old the second set the front tire was six months old ( was good) the rear that I just got was 15 months old it would be nice if I could get tires that were less than a year old I can go to the local bike shop and get a tire that is a year old or older. It would be nice to to maybe know what the DOT date is before ordering the tire

The jacket came very quickly. Fit was good, although slightly Tight arm length wise, but the next size would have probably been too big.

Every time I've gone into the store it's been a positive experience. The employees are pleasant to work with and always kind and fun to be around. I can tell that there is a passion to work around all this motorcycle gear. Continue on giving the Revzilla experience!

I bought the SW Speaker 8790 headlight, it works great.
The mounting kit recommended by revzilla per my phone call:
(******* Mounting Kit 8790 Kawasaki / Yamaha) does NOT fit the 2023 Triumph T120 with out serious modification. Also stated by others on the Triumph forum.

Purchased LS2 helmet based on Revzilla's description - LS2 Explorer is long oval shape. The helmet does not feel like it's long oval, couldn't really tell until wearing it while riding. Once it's worn, it cannot be returned. Not sure how a customer is supposed to try a product, but cannot return it when it doesn't feel right when it's used.

The first pair was too big. Ordered a smaller size. The order was for 2 day shipping. Fed X took 5 days. Not sure what's going on with Fed X but this seems to be a common thing. Not Revzilla's fault.
