Got what I ordered, kinda overpriced though for screws and grommets

Was in the market for a new helmet. Found an amazing deal on a LS2. Fast shipping and a great helmet.

Order took to long to arrive! Paying for the membership is kind of a waste of money

My parts fit and they came in the mail on time.

Ordering was very easy and it arrived super quick! The product was the best price I could find.

The order was received sooner than what was projected. RevZ provided updates when both items shipped and tracking was spot on as the shipment moved along for delivery.

I bought a helmet on closeout at a great price, unfortunately it didn't fit my pea sized head, but the return process was effortless. Thank you REVZILLA!

I love the jacket but had to pay extra shipping to send back my first order that was too small even though I went by the size charts. I got a pair of gloves with the new jacket. I should've learned my lesson. The gloves were too tight and now I've got to pay extra shipping to return those. There should be an option to exchange without paying extra shipping charges. Only charge shipping for those that return and don't want to get better fit sent back.

Like most orders, this one came on time, and was exactly what I ordered.

The frame sliders arrived quickly, were easy to install, and look great.

My shopping experience was satisfactory. Plenty of information about the item was available, and I selected a product knowing there was a chance I would need a different size. This ended up being the case. The returns process was significantly less satisfactory. The company's procedure for exchanges is not an exchange at all; they advise customers to buy the new item while they wait for their return on the original item. This is pretty cost prohibitive for the customer if the item was expensive. I could not afford to repurchase a second $450 item while I waited for the first item to be shipped back and inspected. Not very practical to your customers, and definitely doesn't feel respectful.

I open the box and try on the boots, fits perfectly and amazing looking, I went to ride and was very comfortable ride with then, Lovely style

I measured my hands and ordered a size up and the gloves were still too small. No big deal, I'll just send them back. Then I am charged $10 for shipping the stuff back to you like it is still 2001. I won't order clothes again from you because of this. Cheers.

Ordered Givi windscreen to replace my cracked one. Arrived after about 10 days from making the order. Was very pleased to receive it. Looks good, works great.

Ordered a tire expecting it to take a few days to get to me. Got to me within a day. Absolutely loved the efficiency of it

Appreciate the great selection, but the "Shop my ride" feature is worthless. So many of its recommendations were just commpletely incompatible with my bike. Ordered two tires, they came from different warehouses. One came in two days. I had to call support (# was easy to find, and I spoke to Americans who's first language is English), only to find out the 2nd tire hadn't even shipped. Got it 5 days later. Emails re the status of the order were also confusing, some saying the entire order was delivered, even when the 2nd tire had not been shipped.
