I ordered this back protector for my wife for a 2,000 mile roadtrip. We ordered through Revzilla specifically because their Google link said shipping for this item was "free by 7/15," and their website says "typically" 1-5 business days once shipped. It took 8 days. 8 days for a back protector that was in stock. Revzilla has gone to using FedEx SmartPost, which is about the most inconsistent method of shipping. FedEx openly admits to this in cleaner verbiage on their site. The order didn't arrive until 7/23, well after we'd left for our trip. I understand shipping is just that and does have inconsistencies, but when you're a company who regularly speaks to your fast shipping and having 3 warehouses across the country, then you ship it from the east coast location to me in WA via the slowest shipping method possible, I do draw issue. Whats the point in shopping domestically when I can order the same items from Europe and receive them in the same amount of time at a lesser cost?

RPM was unable fulfill the two day shipping. I could've got it on Amazon.

I purchased a Sedici Sistema 3 Parlare helmet, measured my head 4 times, read reviews, checked my old helmet, but the new helmet was so tight I couldn't close my mouth without biting my cheeks. I thought the wrong size had been shipped, but it was the size I ordered. I then had to pay for return shipping.

Ordered a throttle extension and had a minor delivery issue, I contacted Revzilla and they were right on it. Very happy with their customer service. Outstanding experience. Got the part for a great price. That's why i always patronize RevZilla for my needs!

Great helmet, got to Australia quickly. Only change would be to make a video for sizing and colour options

The windshield I purchased showed up a day late and broken. When I called in to let everyone know, I was told the website should have never let me pay more for shipping to get it. I was refunded the shipping money and a new shield was ordered. Got the 2nd one a week later.

I had an issue with the item I ordered missing a part. Revzilla approved the return immediately and I ordered a replacement. The replacement was delivered in two days as expected and me return was processed a day later and refund received. Overall a great experience.

I know you have no control over USPS, but when they lose track of a part for 10 days, that is down time for customers. Perhaps you have better shipping options and I missed it.

Memphis Shades won't fit with aftermarket mirrors. Would be good to have a disclaimer.
