The shopping experience was satisfactory, however the product wasn't exactly what I thought. They could have had a better description.

On 7/21 I ordered a pair of leatt 7.5 flow tour pants sized 2xl. I received them a few days later size Xl. Initially I thought I just fat fingered my order but no it was wrong. I contacted Revzilla and the rep was awesome! Re did my order before you received my return and I think expedited the order. I was very happy. A few days later I received that order. XL again, the order was correct everything was right. Kind of a head scratcher. So I call again and spoke to another awesome rep. She did the exact same stuff and stayed in touch via email. She did however explain that Leatt was a direct ship so it was an issue on there end and she would see if her supervisor had a. Contact. When I received the second order I was super excited, I knew it would be right this time. Sadly it was not. I reached out to the second rep again and she called me right back! Awesome customer service (I did a good review for her too). However, after 3 attempts and the same wrong size 3 times I sadly had to cancel my order. In short Revzilla reps and procedures were awesome. We just need to get contacts with direct ship folks so problems like this can be resolved. I still hold Revzilla in the highest regard just need to let yall know there was an issue.

I ordered front and rear Michelin Power 5's for my 2018 Ninja 650. I also ordered a helmet on clearance for my girlfriend. I was happy with the price and even happier with the fact that they arrived in two days. I ordered them on Monday and they were at my house on Wednesday. Revzilla has always been the place to go for all things motorcycle.

Purchased a Shoei X15 helmet and wanted a dark smoke visor which they did not have in stock. The sales associate helped me order one and had it shipped to my house instead. Smooth and pleasant experience/transaction. The associate helped guide me towards a helmet that fit my head shape and made sure the helmet was the correct size. Extremely satisfied with the helmet. Huge upgrade from my old one. Same with the visor. Perfect tint, excellent quality, and clarity.

I hear that FEDEX is having issues with drivers quitting, but that could be BS. I ordered 4 tires total... a set for two different bikes. They came late. Also, they came in 2 batches days apart... and they were mixed, so I could not install the first 2 that arrived. One tire was for bike A, the other tire for bike B. Sigh

Unable to cancel my order after discovering I didn't need it

Ordered a windshield and when it arrived the box was damaged, when I opened it the end of it was broken off, I reached out to revzilla and told them what happened, they replaced the windshield after I sent them the broken one.

Bought 2 tires, one was delivered to the wrong address, the other wasn't picked up by fed ex. Called customer service 2 weeks later. "Billy" was aggressive and rude, and refused to help, but another tire was shipped same day so I'm guessing his manager fixed the issue.
