Glad to me buying in this website. I didn't ever have any problem with the products.

While I received all parts in my order except one within a day or two, a sprocket, without which I can't complete my repair, took 11 days. This has caused a lot of problems for me, and I could have just bought it somewhere else and had it sooner.

I ordered a pair of boots that didn't fit. The return process was strait forward. No problem.

The heat kit for the heat shields were as advertised and not had to put on following the instructions

The product did not fit. They measured by height, not size. So if you didn't weigh 160 pounds, you can't fit into that product.

I noted these discrepancies called RevZilla pointed them out to the first customer service person. I spoke to, they then checked with their supervisors who said not to worry I would receive exactly what was described on the page. So I didn't cancel the order unfortunately, the problem was not taken care of. The wrong helmet was sent and I was charged an extra hundred dollars for it.
