I ordered 2 parts, an axle and an axle nut. The nut was shipped USPS and took about a week from an east coast warehouse to my west coast location. Acceptable. According to the tracking data the axle wasn't even sent until 5 days after the nut was sent, using FedEx, which took over a week to travel. 2 weeks to get a part? Unacceptable.

The helmet is great! This is great for my oval head. Little snug in the ears and some wind noise. It's not overbearing and the helmet Is well ventilated.
Ordering was easy and great. The shipping costs to Alaska are outrageous, and then it too comes bet two weeks to arrive. Which put arrival when we were out of town so we had to arrange form someone to secure the tires. It came by Fedex. I'm willing to pay the costs for FedEx but most things come very quickly, within a few days. I have ordered many times through Walmart and gotten my items free shipped from FedEx in a couple of days. Like I said, i understand the coast, and FedEx, but they should have arrived much sooner.
I purchased a second pair of the same gloves after using the original ones for almost 10 years. Good quality lightweight leather gloves for 3-season riding and reasonable hand protection.
