Ordered a shoei helmet for a race weekend I have coming up. The filtering and selection was easy to find the right product in my price range. I ordered the helmet with standard shipping and it literally showed up next day. I've always gotten my motorcycle gear from them and will continue to do so give my positive track record with them :).
My order was routed from New Jersey to Arizona to Pittsburg, PA to Texas and finally back to me in central PA. This was a USPS issue. Revzilla made it right by sending another shipment FedEx 2nd day, no charge. This was super service on their part and I'm very pleased.

Helmet I ordered was to small. Downloaded return label, found the delivery person and sent back. Few days had my money reimbursed. Reordered the helmet, came in few short days. PAINLESS RETURNS EVERYONE. Will order from Revzilla again.
Thought I bought a quality slip on and got one that looked like it came off the reject pile and basically was told it wasn't their problem and to contact manufacturer which I did and was told basically Too bad! Just sucks is all

I ordered a jacket and tried to renew my RPM membership on 6/25/25.
The RPM membership never renewed, i had to go into a brick&mortar cycle gear to renew it.
It also took 3 weeks to receive the jacket I ordered. "Ships in 5 to 7 days" was an outright lie. It took almost 2 weeks just for Revzilla to get a label made. I contacted customer service after a week and told "it is expected to ship later this week". Then FedEx held it in their shipping once it was in my city for almost 2 days before delivering it.

So I am new to everything moto. I had serious doubts about buying online gear but then my helmet and gloves came IT. FITS. PERFECTLY. My jaw dropped because I didn't expect the online measurements to accurate. Would definitely buy from Revzilla again
