Very satisfied by the received products. Well packed and good quality dresses. I will order other additional products.
I purchased a dress on Nov 25th with expedited shipping (6-10 business days). Which means latest it should have arrived the 9th. I did not receive that package until the 12th. 13 business days after purchase. This was due to the fact they did not ship my package until Dec 2nd.
Since I no longer needed their dress I wished to return it, on their website they stated they would also refund return shipping costs if the cause of the return was because they did something, as is the case here.
Retro stage is trying now to say they will not refund my return cost. Bree in customer service has taken since Dec 14th (it's now the 24th) to understand I'm asking for my money back and has still said no. She also refused to forward me to her supervisor since she clearly cannot understand me.
This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, it is not hard to follow your own policies. Then again this is half of a company considering they even still have the template boxes from the website creator they used on some of their pages, their contact us phone number is different on different pages and one isnt connected. What a joke.
God hope you dont need to return something because Retro Stage has absolutely no customer service or organization.
We had ordered 20s style dresses along with head accessories. It took a very long time for the dresses to arrive about 3 weeks. One of the hair pieces was not sent, no information was given why it was not sent or if it will be send. Arrived about 6 weeks later. The dresses themselves look very nice, however they are quite short. (much shorter than they look on the website.) return policy is so inconvenient about 5 emails back and forth so in the end we decided to keep the dresses... That's really what they want. Even tho the dresses look nice and the quality seems decent enough, I will not be ordering again due to too much hassle with customer service and return policy.

Ordered a dress with expedited shipping about two and a half weeks before an event. Found out a week later that they were out of stock. Only found out because I still hadn't heard from them based on the deadline they gave. Really dissatisfied with their lack of information.

I only received half of my order, and haven't even gotten a email that the other half had shipped. One was a 1950s dress I wanted to wear for Christmas. No email saying it was not available, just nothing. I paid for expedited shipping. Don't do it, it's a joke.
I will say the 20s dress is absolutely beautiful and at least I will have it for New year's Eve.

Recieved my dress in decent time. Fit is much better than expected. Overall very happy with the product especially for the price! My only complaint would be that sometimes the tracking doesn't seem to update correctly.
I ordered a few dresses at the beginning of December and decided to pay for expedited shipping to make sure I got one of the dresses in time for Christmas. Well it took 8 days for them to even ship one of the dresses and expedited shipping is 6-10 days. A few of the dresses shipped out earlier but it has been more than 10 business days and they are no where to be seen.
I'd be more understanding knowing it's coming from overseas if it didn't take 8 days to even process one of my dresses when I paid extra to get it quicker. I'm now not getting my dress in time for the event I purchased it for. I emailed to express my displeasure and they were very rude in responding and didn't even apologize for the delay. They offered no explanation just said I could return the dresses once I receive them. But I'm pretty sure they make you pay shipping back so then I'll be paying shipping twice! I just wanted a refund for the shipping cost the was by no means expedited!

The dresses shipped quickly and were received before anticipated. The dresses were similar to the online photos. I cannot wait to try them on.
I was very hesitant ordering from here! Let me tell you trust your gut! I order and dress late November To wear for New Year's Eve it was cheap and looked nice on the website. I decided to pay to have it expedited just so It was here on time. About a week later I got an email that it shipped I could not track it even a week later after receiving an email so I decided to send them an email and see where my dress was... turns out they are out of stock! So not only did they lie and say my dress shipped they weren't even going to notify my that they didn't even have it in stock! No where on the website did you it say my dress was out of stock! I even went that night and put the same dress and size in my cart and still nothing saying that dress was out of stock! I asked for a full refund immediately and ordered a better dress on amazon and guess what the amazon came 2 days after I ordered it! I advise that you never buy from this scam of a website!

I really enjoyed wearing this dress at a wedding, so many people have commented on it. I am in love with Retro stage fashion and so glad I found this website. The quality is great the items are exactly the same as the picture and the price is reasonable. I had to wait a bit for the dress to be delivered but it was worth it. The dress is so feminine and comfortable to wear I felt great in it. I will be shopping here again. It's just wonderful

Yes it took a long time to get our dresses - about 3 weeks? And then, one dress was the incorrect size. It took a long time to get an email response, and their phone number was not in service, never could speak to anyone. I've emailed, Facebooked, and had limited responses. The return process seems needlessly confusing with many hoops to jump through - c'mon, we're used to Zappos, right? - so we're weighing the option of just having the dress altered locally to get it to fit. Their site looks great, the dresses look fantastic, but they run on the large side of sizing and the return scene / customer service is abysmal. I wouldn't buy here again, lesson learned.

I just received my dress and it is absolutely stunning! Great shipping time. The sizing is spot on so if you are a medium buy a medium! I will definitely order again and refer to my friends!
I bought a dress and I use it on stage, it looks nice and it's really similar to the dress they show in the picture. I would buy there again.
I can't rate the product yet because I am going on 21 days and I still haven't received my dress. My party is tomorrow, so if it doesn't show this will be a complete waste of money and time. I have emailed and no response from the company.

DO NOT BUY! Ordered a dress for a party, allowed over a month for it to get to me. It took them 13 days to process the order and send it and over 20 days to arrive in the country. They refuse to provide a refund or at the very least an apology for taking so long to process the order. I'm still waiting for the package and the party has been and gone anyway. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I bought a dress and accessories for a 20's party I'm attending soon. I LOVE the dress- fits me perfectly and is right on point for the theme! I'll be ordering again for future themed parties!
Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
