Ordered a dress for a Gatsby party and loved it. Fit well, beautifully made. It took 9 days to arrive in Australia, tracking was easy. Highly recommend and will buy more.
My dress arrived on 04/03. I ordered it on 09/02. Just over 3 weeks ago. The delivery time is too long. Let's also take into account that it was shipped from China and I live in China.
I didn't even receive a tracking number until 27/02. More than two weeks after I ordered it. The tracking number didn't even work!
The dress is poorly made-lose threads and bad stitching and it doesn't even fit! I ordered an XL. This is M at best. I ordered this as a treat to myself; to cheer myself up in the wake of the CoVid-19 considering I can barely leave my apartment. This has left me annoyed, angry and disappointed.
I am extremely dissatisfied. The customer service was extremely unhelpful, too. I emailed on 18/02 asking for an update and they said I'd receive an update soon'. I then emailed again on 26/02, telling them if I didn't receive an update soon' I'd be cancelling my order. Surprise, surprise! It was only then that I received a tracking number. Which, by the way, never even worked. So I emailed again and they said wait 2-3 business days' (by the way, it still never worked).
When I finally received the package on 04/03, I had all of the problems listed above. So I again emailed customer service demanding a replacement or refund. Here's the kicker (and I'll C&P the full email)
"There have 2 ways, please check which one you prefer:
1, What about I apply 5 dollars refund and a 10% off discount code for your next order, you keep the item, No need return?
2, You can return back to get the full refund.
I have to remind you that The cost of return will be paid by yourself. I will apply for the refund for you after we receive the package.
Please provide me the tracking number of your return parcel. No tracking number, No refund. Please understand."
So, I can either receive a discount code for a company I will never use again, or I can pay my own shipping and provide a working tracking number (like they never did) to return the product? Bearing in mind that it's a challenge to get the the supermarket right now considering CoViD-19, never mind a post office?
Long story short. Over priced. Low quality. Slow delivery. Terrible customer service. Wrong sizing.
I absolutely loved the dress I purchased from retro stage. I will purchase from there again!

We were very happy with the quality of the dresses when we received them. The customer service was great and we are very satisfied with our purchases. Can't wait to wear them to our Great Gatsby event!
I have now purchased 4 dresses from Retro Stage, each one has been perfect and I have had many flattering comments whenever I wear them, especially the 1920 Gatsby dresses. They are worth far more than Retro Stage charge. Absolutely stunning dresses!

I absolutely love my dress! It was on sale, and had free shipping. I received it very quickly, and it fit great! Retro Stage is wonderful, and its so easy to navigate and order. I highly recommend them!

What can I say.If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Get so exited by looking at the beautiful dresses fro they web and order2 of them. Paid over a $115 dollars for it and never received them. From the web it is looks like they care about they customers but they not! My package was lost in a mail and I did conformed that by FedEx. This company refusing to return my money back and send me at least 10 the same email, so looks like Bree is just a Chinese computer. They never offer any solution to the issue.Be aware of this company because they will not refund your money. Needles to say that you only find out that they ship from Chine after you place your order. I am disputing my payment through my credit card company, but they feeling that I been treated like $#*! and not like a customer who spen a $100 buck on a dresses. Save your self a time and money and shop somewhere else.

Secondly, the parcel tracking information shows Delivered to the shipping address which you left for your order. If you still do not get it, please ask your family and neighbors if they signed for you or not. Although my dressed did not fit me in particularly well, I am happy with the customer service I receive. Lots of items to choose from and the shipping was fast. I would order from this site again in the future.
This dress was true to size nd good quality for the price. The style was cute and exactly as pictured in the website.

Still waiting WEEKS about return package was delivered to them for the refund. Items were unopened and instructions followed carefully. They take forever to reply, and just send the same email over and over again. Don't let the website fool you, they are a sham company, avoid!

I love how cute all the dresses look. I ordered a pink dress, only problem is that I ordered a size a bit too small. But overall the dress is pretty. Customer service is good.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
