Ordered Halter Polka Dot One-Piece Swimsuit in a size L. Arrived quickly however despite the website advertising as being a US store, I quickly noticed after I received my shipping code that the item was being shipped directly from China. Despite me checking the sizing on the website, the sizing runs small and the length of the body is ridiculously short - and I'm 5ft 3! Material is poor quality and the make is cheap. Definitely not worth the A$53 I paid. Will not purchase from this website again.

Ordered from the shop and it turned out to be send out from China by China post. Package took more then 60 days now and on the tracking it's somewhere arriving but in no local shipping can be found.
So better go for other sites like top vintage or so they deliver out of Europe on time.
Several exchanges with the service are mainly answered with be patient it will come.
Consider it 80USD as lost, anyway also they nowhere write that it's excluding customs duties.

I ordered bathing suits and when they arrived the material was super cheap and I could tell it would fall about in 1 wear. I mailed the items back (which I paid $20 to do) and because I didn't keep the tracking number they said there is no way I can get a return even though I mailed through Canada Post and paid at the counter. They blocked my email so I cannot complain. What a terrible return policy and terrible customer service.

I ordered this magnificent dress for Christmas and it looked amazing! The service was quick and the shipping was great. I really love it! I was scared the bust would be too big for me, but it seems to fit just right in the small size. Shipping wasn't too long, and I had a very efficient customer service. I bought other Halloween dresses last year as well. And I love them all.

If you need to make a return, as I have, get ready to have your money taken and your emails blocked! I have tried seven times now to send them the required information about my return and tracking number on the dress I've already sent out in the mail and all my emails have been rejected and blocked. Any time I send an email not including this information about how frustrating it is, they only reply by asking for the information again. So basically I just got scammed out of $50.00 CAD because they think if they block my emails they can say they have no proof that I sent it. Going to have to dispute this with PayPal. I am appalled, Retro-Stage! Plus, the clothing isn't nearly as polished as I expected for the price.

He comprado un vestido en RetroSatge desde el 6 de Agosto 2021 lo cual el 11 de Agosto 2021 se autorizó y se entregó al transportista, y desde esa fecha hasta hoy no he recibido nada, las actualizaciones son muy tardías el 14 de agosto 2021 al 14 de Septiembre recorrió una distancia considerable pero el dia 18 de Septiembre se esta regresando al lugar de origen, lo cual me hace dudar si en realidad me llegará mi compra.
Según atencion al cliente mi compra llegaría en 9 a 15 dias habiles, han pasado 27 dias habiles y 41 días naturales y NADA

The dress fit perfectly and absolutely love it, the bikini not so much, the top didnt fit right at all but the bottom is cute, ill just wear it with another top. Overall happy with the purchase and worth the price.

Finally! Finally I have found a place to get dresses from. I was getting really tired of the over seas nonsense that took 2 months and was trash. Retro-stage has quality fabric and prompt delivery. Although they don't have over sea's prices, I don't mind paying the extra to know i am getting good stuff that I can actually wear and also have the option to return if needed. The sizes run a bit small but as long as you use the measurements chart they provide you are good! I highly recommend.

It is very nice quality material, it feels soft and fresh. The dress is so elegant, but the shoes you choose to wear it with makes it a different style, like if you wear it with flat shoes looks more simple and relaxed look, and if you choose high heals it makes you look fancy.

First it was never advertised that the dresses were sent from china before I had placed my order, next it was never mentioned that one of the dresses I chose was out of stock, I received an email 13 days after I had ordered to tell me that one of my item was out of stock. When I finally received one of the dresses the sizing was very off. I ordered a small, following the size chart. I received what is called a small (4-6) but is actually a big 14 or 16 (L-XL). The waist is 31 inches instead of 27.5 and the bust is over 41 inches instead of 34.6. The wrong sizing is even worst since its elastic and should be worn tight. Finally, the quality is fine but not worth the price.

This company sells dresses to USA but it is not USA sizes. So be careful, runs very small. I ordered a dress and it did not come close to fitting. So I started the refund process. I mailed back the items in unused condition and provided retro stage with a usps tracking number. USPS then tried to deliver the package and they couldn't because there was no access to the delivery address ( in City of Industry CA). I tell retrostage this is unacceptable and they need to give me my money back because I did exactly what they asked me too. And sent them a screenshot of the usps notification stating they could not deliver. Now retrostage is ignoring me and not responding. This company is very shady. Be warned.

I ordered a small size dress and received a XXL. After a number of emails with their joke of costume service, nothing happened. Not money back, neither correct size of the dress. So I got stuck with a bad quality oversized dress (by the way in the pics the dresses looks nicer than they really are). I would give a zero if I could. My first item arrived frayed in some places and had a hole in the hem. I requested a refund (which I would've had to pay for shipping). Their response - $15 partial refund and asked me to go to a local tailor. The next issue arose with a jacket. When I clicked on the site, I clicked XXL however when I went to check my order's confirmation a small was on the way. All other items were XXL. I tried to cancel before shipping but could not. I tried to initiate an exchange and instead they send me a snapshot of the confirmation. Cute clothes but reporte with customers need work especially when the customer has to foot the bill for any returns or exchanges.

I recently purchased a dress from Retro Stage and upon first wear, it ripped at the seam on the chest area. Now, before anyone gets upset or decides to deride me, please look at the photos. I am not a 'well endowed' woman nor am I overweight where I purchased the incorrect size.
This is a matter of poor quality and poor craftmanship, where all of the stitching and seams are very weak.
I have sent an email to their service department as well. If they respond appropriately, I will be willing to update the review. But for now, Do not waste your money on inferior products made overseas in a factory that has no proper oversight.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
