You false advertise, you state it is completely free, but it is not.

Templates selected do not exactly fit information appropriately, like emails going to a second line.
I just need a format and in a hurry. All the suggested stuff is crap. Doesn't work. Way to expensive and would not recommend. Waste of my money, but like i said, in a hurry.
