False advertising. You say this is a free resume template, then lure potential customers into spending 45 minutes creating a resume, only to find at the end that you DO indeed have to pay $1.99 to print, send, or save your resume. And not only that, you have to SUBSCRIBE, and then spend what I imagine will probably be another 30+ minutes on the phone to cancel the subscription to avoid having to pay $40/month for your resume!

I was under the impression that this was a free service. Upon finishing my resume that I worked over an hour on I found out that I needed to pay in order to save it.
I started this site because it said it was free resume, get to the end, and to get the resume I built I had to pay... false advertising..
Not a fan of auto-renew payment systems. CVs are needed once in a while, not in a per month payment environment. This seems like you are trying to cash in on the possibility of people forgetting to cancel their subscription... not by offering additional service.
Absolutely amazing! Creating a resume has never been so easy and stress-free.
So far the process has been easy and trouble-free. We shall see how the downloading goes and what happens when the 14 day trial is over.
