I am grateful as to how easy it was to set up my resume.
You said it was free. I spent over 45 minutes doing this and only to find out I had to pay for a 14 day trial. That's bull$#*!.
Formatting is slightly off on some templates but everything else is pretty good.

I'm just a little frustrated that all your advertisements claim it's a free resume builder and then I spent over an hour editing my resume only to find out that only the builder is free, but if you want to download the resume it costs money.
What's the point of the "free" builder if you can't download the resume at the end?
While you are technically not false advertising, it is very deceptive and I felt like you were bait and switching me.
On top of that, you make me pay $2 for a trial period and then if I don't call and cancel (which, trust me, I'll call) - you start charging me $15/month.
You guys offer a great software and a quality service - why are you being so gimmicky and deceptive with the charges? Why not just tell people upfront it's going to cost a couple bucks, but it's worth it because of the intuitiveness and professional results?
At the end of the day you weaseled $2 out of me, but I'm definitely not happy about it, and I will absolutely be calling to cancel the subscription.
The sad part about it is, I was totally excited about the service and even showed a friend of mine and said "Man, I can't believe this is free!" Had you just told me from the beginning "Hey we're going to charge $2 for an awesome resume builder that is really easy and quick to use and produces a really quality professional resume" I would have gladly paid for it and recommended your site. Now I have to go tell my friend not to waste his time.
Anyway, sorry for the long complaint. It's definitely not a lot of money, but I just get upset when I feel like I've been deceived and ripped off.

I didn't like how this service was advertised as FREE and then it charged me
It was a great process becuase it was easy to use, people friendly. Thought it was free should have known better. I don't like spending my time on something to get hit up for money at the end.
I coulndt get my amex cards to work i have two of them neither worked

The description was that this template was free. IT IS NOT and you don't reveal that until much time has been spent creating the document.
