Service good is good but trying to get more money by capitalizing on people forgetting their subscription is crappy. Just make it a pay for the actual product system.

You need to be upfront about billing. I was referred to this site by worksource as a free site for resume building. After completing the work, I find out there is a fee to print/download my information. I contacted customer service and was told the text portion of my resume was free. The instructions provided did not allow me to access the text. I was then told to try another web browser. Too many hoops to jump for a template.
You should have stated it was a paid resume builder from the beginning. Ill be cancelling

Awful company, my girlfriend pay for the 14 days trial, did not even use the resume because it was not good, on top of that she canceled it online, and they never sent her an email of confirmation.
They charged her for 4 months in a row, and when she tried to call them to file a complaint, all they did was cancel the account, and did not give them a single cent back. By the way, the managers are rude and $#*!ty.
