Let you build your entire resume and/or cover letter before letting you know that the service costs money. Calls the services "pro" but there is no basic free level despite them making it seem that way.

It says no card required however that's not true. It's supposed to be free.
Your google link stated that it was free to use. I completed the entire resume only to be asked to pay 1.95 for 14 days. I understand that I can cancel the subscription but this company is rude to have us do all that typing for "free" only to ask for our card information at the end. I will be sure to not recommend you.

It was easier than I expected. However using the word free when it isn't actually free, isn't very honest.
Not happy that i believe it to be a free resume then had to spend two dollars after i took the time to type all my information in.

Clicked on a free temple only to be charged for it at the end. I will be canceling immediately. Who pays $39.99 a month when there are so many free templates on the internet.
