I didn't expect to pay at first, quick and easy though

I can already tell my review will either not be posted or removed. This company does not tell you it costs money to receive your resume until after you type all the relevant information. Their customer support team was not helpful at all. They tell you it's a free subscription (of 2 dollars) but it will auto renew for $30 a month, which is more than media subscription sites. Doesn't tell you until you are done what they charge, terrible practice.

Didnt let me know I had to pay until I finished making it. And then it doesnt have a Service Work section on the resume.

I thought this was a free resume template. Only after I complete my resume and added all of my information, did I discover there is a trial period and the is cost associated with this program. That information should be listed up front!

All I needed to do was add a single item into education slot. But was charged $39.99 to do so. Sad that this is how you charge someone who has already paid for that single Resume.

It was all great and cool. Till i had to pay for the $#*! i spent and hour plus making. This is absolute horse $#*!. A person should be able to download a full top to bottom copy of the resume and use to find themselves a job.

Thorough and simplifying the process of creating a resume that is professional.

Your advertisement told me it was free and as soon as I tried to download my CV I had to pay, and it would not let me return to my CV. That's ridiculous.
