The experience of building the "free" resume was fine. The issue with this service is that it forces you to pay in order to download your resume.

It was all great and cool. Till i had to pay for the $#*! i spent and hour plus making. This is absolute horse $#*!. A person should be able to download a full top to bottom copy of the resume and use to find themselves a job.

Your advertisement told me it was free and as soon as I tried to download my CV I had to pay, and it would not let me return to my CV. That's ridiculous.
It wasn't free even though I understand you have to make money, it was an easy platform.
I Like the program but I don't like how it makes you go all the way through building the resume before it clearly shows that you will need to pay for it. I would have still spent the money, but I think I would have liked to have seen the dollar sign before the end.

Said it was free but now I'm paying for it so I'm confused. I guess I'll have to cancel after for the refund but that's just dumb.
I wanted to add an Awards section, but the program would not let me. I also wanted to move the order of work experience around. Instead of dragging it, I had to delete and retype.
This really helped to minimize my past employment and make it more simplified for future employers
