Would like to be able to pay a ONE TIME FEE for my resume instead of having to remember to come back to cancel my subscription as you really only need it the one time for quite a few months before you need another one.
The layout was fairly easy to understand. I expected a free resume as advertised but ended up having to enter my credit card info.

Misleading to say it allows you a free resume. The reason I chose to try this platform for my moms resume was for the layout. She already had a resume made and needed something with more pop. Then to spend so much time transferring her resume info into this program only to learn that if you want the layout then you have to pay is absolutely ridiculous and manipulative.
I spent significant time on this "Free resume" only to have to pay to save it. Just be upfront that there is a fee
Really nice templates and the questions make the resume making process painless. However they do hit you with a fee at the end, its only a dollar though so it is absolutely worth it.
Ok, I love the layout and how easy it is to input my information, however I wish there was a save function connected to my login. I had typed out my entire resume, it was beautiful! Theeen I accidentally hit "back" on my browser and lost everything. Well, technically not everything, it saved my personal info, but I lost ALL of the education and work experience that I had just spent an hour typing in! I've redone it, and it's good, but I can tell that I didn't nail it quite as well as I did the first time. Oh well.

Awesome experience that took the anxiety out of resume building
The website itself is fantastic, making a resume is absurdly easy and the templates are beautiful. However, its limited in the ability to edit templates once they are made. Part of my resume was class experience and I cant add a section describing my work in those classes. Small complaint but I imagine I'm not the only one to have this problem. Also, they don't tell you it costs money at the outset. Its cheap, but a statement beforehand would be moral.
I like the process that resume genius uses to make a resume, as it is very simple.
This was a very easy site to understand. I liked the hints and suggestions and the resume looks great.
