Why are you charging, there was NO indication of that when I started the process. I better not have an issue when I need to cancel.

There was no mention of a fee to use your service at the outset. Features are clunky and don't allow for much personalization. Then to "hook" people at the end of the process with a fee to download your resume was not cool. Just another thing to have to cancel within 24 hours.
You website is completely misleading in posting that it is Free. You should absolutely let people know prior to building their resume that the building portion is free, but the download and printing will cost a small nominal fee. Many will still move forward with the process but will feel less duped and tricked at the end. It is truly a shame to feel tricked in the end because the resume builder itself is outstanding but the customer experience is damaged by the sales tactics you choose to employ.

I was lead to believe this would be free. Disappointed that I now have to remember to cancel before 14 day trial period is up.
Your resume builder is nice and easy, however, I do not like being lied to. I got a message that said get your resume for free if I gave your site access to my facebook account. When I did that it took me to a page where I had to purchase the $1.95 14 day trial or the yearly subscription.
Easy to navigate and not as tedious to fill out as other resume builders. Asking questions about my roles helped me think of ways to give more complete answers about my roles.
Personize could have Linkdin url. Also, empty space for references could be used to list more soft skills and hobbies
