At the beginning of the process, website gave no indication that payment would be needed in order to export resume. In fact, website specifically stated "Free and no credit card required". You guys done fooled me on that one, good job.
It's been fairly easily... the wide selection of templates are great. The font/ style of text should be editable.
Don't advertise as free resume maker when you actually charge for the resume
I think like everyone else has stated, user friendly but NOT free. Kinda shady they wait til the end then give you the option for a 3 dollar trial which you will be automatically charged something like 25 bucks after it ends. Again, like everyone else, I wasn't going to do all the work then say forget it so they got my money. Resume looks professional, at least.

Uses shady tactics to get someone to pay after creating resume
I thought the resumes were great- very easy to use. However, your advertising was very misleading offering a "free resume builder." I would not have continued with an investment of time if you had been more clear. I felt that your advertising was untruthful because ti appears that you must pay in order to actually download your resume. Even if I am mistaken and there is free access to the created resume, then you made it so difficult to find it that it also felt misleading. I have paid for the trial but will not likely continue based on my experience today. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experience even though it is negative. No one likes feeling tricked and this experience left me with that sentiment...
