It was a great form to fill out and to get help making a resume. I was unaware that to get a copy of my resume I was going to have to pay money until I was completely finished which was a little frustrating.

I think your failure to post full pricing details before having people enter their information is deceptive and dishonest. I'll be signing up for your short trial, downloading a resume in the format I want, then cancelling the service. If you'd, posted your prices upfront and made them a bit more reasonable, I probably would've just subscribed and left my subscription active.
Pretty shady to claim to be free, then after spending all the time building the resume, surprise me with a fee. I wouldn't use this again, and I will NOT suggest anyone I know use it either.

I enjoy your template and help building my resume, however you should not advertise this service as free and then hide the fact that it is not free. I spent 2 hours on this I have no choice but to pay the $3. If you were upfront about the cost I would have been more than happy to pay first and less annoyed at feeling lied to.
Filling out certain sections, such as the "soft skills," was rather confusing and should allow for additional assistance like the other sections.
