After i spent all this time building i found out website was not secure so the payment page portion would not show, called in and rep didnt understand theproblem, but she was very couteous. Cant even see page 2 without paying
Very misleading when you go through all the work and than go to download the resume and you have to pay a monthly subscription. I will be cancelling.

I asked for free resume. At the end of my process, you asked for money and that was the only way I could download the resume. False advertisment.
Not cool how you had me spend 30 mins writing all that stuff down, only to tell me when I was done that I would need to pay. I couldn't even go back and save the things I'd thought of so I was forced to pay, messed up how you do that to people especially during a time like this when so many are out of work.
