You should be way more forward about how this is going to cost money. The service was fine and even enjoyable at times but I didn't hear an INKLING about there being a charge until it was time to download my resume. That is terrible. PLUS you hit me with $#*!ing almost $30 in two weeks? That's insanely disingenuous.
