The company has established a strong reputation for its user-friendly resume-building platform, which is praised for its intuitive design, effective templates, and time-saving capabilities. Many customers express satisfaction with the polished results and helpful prompts that enhance their resumes. However, concerns regarding the transparency of pricing practices are prevalent, with some users feeling misled by the marketing of free access. Additionally, issues with customization options and the accuracy of information fetched have been noted. Overall, while the service is highly regarded for its quality and ease of use, addressing pricing clarity could further enhance customer trust.

I'm a college student and I needed an affordable resume builder. I paid $2 and without knowing they kept me on a subscription. They charge my card for $25, money is tight due to covid. I'm a college student in debt. That $25 was my meal for a week. I explain them my situation, they just kept offering me deals on their website. They didn't care at all. "We can't give you you're money back but a deal for next time you subscribe and tell your family members about resume ". NO HUMAN Decency.
Nice way to help those who struggle to put a well organized resume together.
Great and easy process that is easily accessible, even for the non-tech savvy people.
You should be able to have an option to pay for a one time use.
Amazing resumes, very easy to navigate. However, this should be a free service. Also, extremely misleading to be able to spend a lot of time of the resume for free, just to have to pay unexpectedly in the end.
I wish I would have known before I finished my resume that it wasn't free. But I am ok for paying for the resume, but I do not want to have to pay for a free trial. I am a bit annoyed with that. I also do not want to have to call to cancel that is annoying
Easy to use but would prefer the resume builder being free
.
Advertised as a "free" resume. Once you complete it, you have to purchase a membership to have access to your "free" resume.
I wish I had known that there would be a fee before I spent hours working on my resume
Easy formatting experience that uses previous resumes to help you build a better product
This website popped up after searching "free resume builder" come to find out it is not in fact free. Disappointing.
It was extremely easy to use, and the outline was nice. Google claims it to be free, so it was a tad annoying to learn that I had to pay to download it; however, $2 is worth the effort in creating a good resume
I understood this was free only to get to the end and find out it wasn't. Not happy!
Loved the format but did not like that it didn't tell me before hand that it costed money so I am a little mad with that.
I didn't know I would need to pay until after I had worked on my resume. This feels deceptive.
