Cost information not disclosed very clearly up front
Took over an hour to make a resume. Nowhere was I informed that I was going to have to pay until I tried to download my resume. Basically forcing me to pay or call all the time I spent to make this resume a loss. And it wont even let me submit my review unless I put my email in for a follow up. I chose the option "NO" and I cant submit my review until I provide my e-mail probably for a flood of junk mail that i cant unsubscribe from.

I love the website and how easy it is to build a resume. I was very unhappy that it is promoted as a free website but if you want to be able to get your resume off of the site and download or print it you must pay a monthly subscription fee. I would have been fine with the fee if I had known about it upfront. I feel like your company is deceiving.

It's good and quick. The preview before download doesn't show if the resume will be one page or more.
