Technical issues not allowing me to save parts of my resume
The site said it was free, when I went to down load I had to pay. I just spent all this time working on my resume now I'm forced to pay to get resume.

I don't like that it promised a free resume but then I had to pay $3 to download it. Felt underhanded.
I still had to pay even though it said it was free.
Shows up as a free service, charges you to download. And cancellation does not look simple :(
