It was false advertising to say it was a free template, then charge for use after we spent hours inputing information.

I find the templates slightly less flexible than I would like -- but I am generally satisfied.

It took me 10 minutes to checkout and the solution was to refresh the page and re-enter everything. The website also lets you spend almost an hour creating a resume then it tells you its not free. I do not mind paying the small fee but tell your customers that they cannot download it for free. I'm just trying to get a job and that is already a hassle and now I have to spend another 30 minutes trying to download my resume because I have to pay $2.95. Like I understand it is a business and it is how you attract customers but at the end of the day its annoying and unprofessional. Set the standards higher.
